Founder & CEO| Veritas Dental Billing

With over 25 years of experience in the dental field, our founder brings a unique, multi-dimensional perspective to dental revenue performance—combining clinical knowledge, operational leadership, and advanced billing expertise.

She holds a Mastership from the Academy of American Dental Office Managers (AADOM) and is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) trained at the University of Florida, providing her with a deep understanding of both the clinical and administrative sides of dentistry. She is also currently pursuing her Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential through AAPC, further strengthening her expertise in coding accuracy and revenue optimization.

Having managed and optimized high-performing dental practices, she understands that success is not just about production—it’s about how effectively that production is converted into collected revenue.

Throughout her career, she has consistently identified and corrected the hidden inefficiencies that impact cash flow, from aging accounts receivable and denied claims to front office workflow breakdowns and insurance mismanagement. Her ability to operate at the intersection of clinical care, administration, and financial performance allows her to see what others miss.

As the founder of Veritas Dental Billing, she functions as a market operator within the dental revenue space—building structured systems that increase collections, reduce AR, and eliminate revenue leakage.

Beyond her professional work, she is a recognized community leader and advocate for youth empowerment, and was honored as Woman of the Year by Gulfshore Life Magazine in Naples, Florida for her impact and contributions. This recognition reflects her commitment to excellence, integrity, and building meaningful relationships—values she brings into every partnership.
